Remembering our Classmates who have passed...
"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn
As the going down of the sun and in the morning
 We will remember them"

You knew it was inevitable. These kids still have baby fat in their cheeks. Its like the Secret Life of Benjamin Button. The older they get, the younger they become.

I have to thank the reunion committee for a wonderful evening. I was overwhelmed with all the work that they went to to put on such a event. It was so good to connect with everyone. Michele and I had a wonderful time and hated to leave. Before we left I went over to speak to Mel Farr. Mel has always been one of may favorite people for junior high and high school. Some how we just commected and I will forever be greatfull for that. Mel always wanted to be involved in everything and he always had such a positive and infectious personality how could you not love him. What I did not know is what he did after high school. As we finished up our visit he told me to go to UTube and look up Mel Farr Phone Book. I thought he wanted me to put my phone number into his phone book. it was quite the opposite. I am not going to spoil it for you but I would suggest that you go to Mel Farr Phone Book or us can go to this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JDLdV3_bC4 after viewing this you will see Mel Farr a the person who I saw him in junior high school.

Wow! What a fablulous, inspiring video...I had no idea that "our" Mel Farr was behind that win!!

And to the Planning Committee; I have been in Project Management for over 30 years, and the ONLY thing that would have made last night more perfect, would to have had a bigger venue where more of our class members could have attended. My wife, from Detroit, was so impressed. You truely outdid yourselves.

Thank you, thank you!

A heartfelt thank you to the reunion committee! Your tireless dedication and meticulous preparation made everything fabulous. The evening dinner was fantastic, and I relished reconnecting with friends, reminiscing about old memories, and sharing a delightful evening together. Walking down memory lane while visiting the '74 table was truly special. 🌟

I LOVED seeing everyone this past Friday and Saturday. I was reminded of the incredible people I was blessed to share my life with in High School! So many hugs! So many memories! So many laughs and a few tears as well. Many thanks to those who worked tirelessly to make this happen, and who took both the initiative and the risks to give us all the opportunity to reconnect, reminisce, and remember. I loved every minute!

Although it is repetitive, I also want to express my gratitude for the many hours that the committee spent making Friday night so memorable. I also want to express my gratitude to all of you, my classmates, for making not just the reunion great, but for being such a kind group of people, not just on Friday but through those high school years.  In my career, I see kids and aduts that have suffered from having cruel experiences in high school. Because that time is such a tender time of insecurity in our development overall, mean behavior can be devastating.  My main take away from the reunion was that I was so lucky to go to school with so many kind, giving, caring people.  My one regret from high school is that I didn't get to know more of you better.  So to all of you, thank you for being part of my experience.  Thank you for helping me feel valued and for your goodness that helped me on my journey.  Thank you for being  a light for me. We change each other in our interractions and I am so grateful I had you for my peers. LIndy Smith (Burton)

The reunion commitee did a great job both friday night and saturday. It was fun seeing everyone interact and catch up on lives from years ago. It was a nice way to remeber those we have lost

Shout out to Becky Moffat for getting the "In Memory" Video on the '74 Website.
Becky and Florence Morrise spent a lot of time, energy and tears searching for our departed Classmates and making sure that they are remembered.

It was such a blast from the past. It was all done to perfection, and a lot of hard work on the committee's end. Thank you all for putting this event together. We were so lucky to have so many of out friends show up. It proves what a wonderful Class of 74 was. So many great memories were made there, and lots of fun and laughter. Way to go committee members! Thanks again.
